Key Projects Participation
1. Project D2 Corporate Training Extention Program (in Computer, English & Foreign Languages Training) for External Students, Business People, and Working People of Shandong Province, China. Project funded by Sino-India Department of Computer Science at Weifang University of Science & Technology, China in 2008-09. As an Honorary Director for the project D2 during 1st Nov 2007 to 30th June 2009, I had coordinated the efforts of university teachers for developing and initiating effective need based customized courses which could be useful keeping in mind the current market trends.
2. I T Park Project for developing I T Based economy of shandong province which aimed inviting software companies from all over the world to work in collaboration for the development and research in the field of software development. The project was funded by university and utilizing special grant from government of China. Being a team member, I had provided valuable input into factors affecting IT Parks such as Overseas Marketing, Successful Integration of Placement Cell of Sino-India Department of Computer Science with IT Park to benefit both the students as well as companies at IT Park.
3. Project D3 which aimed at 'Software Development & Research for Corporate Sectors' had direct access to my expertise for content development required for marketing and promoting its services to General Business Sectors of Shandong Province, China. I played a key role as Project Associate.
International Academic Cooperation
Sino-India Department Honorary Director Position for Project D2, Advisor to I T Park Project, and as being familiar with the process of entire academic cooperation, provided valuable inputs for many processes which required managing cooperation from Chinese Department as well as Indian Software Company
Human Resource Management & Training Program
Sino-India Department of Computer Science Honorary Training and Internal Quality Assurance Management Task for various participants teachers in refresher courses in classroom communication and even guiding a team of local and foreign teachers in course-designing and teaching process under project D2 (Corporate Training Program in Foreign Languages & Computing Skills)
CDPC (Career Development & Placement Cell)
APIM as well as Sino-India Department Tasks to look after Career Development and Placement Cell formation. During my working period, helped Sino-India Department Students in guiding their career in Computer Field and helped students of APIM in placement procedures with local hospitality organizations.
Academic Marketing, Public Relations & Corporate Tie-ups
Helped both Sino-India Department as well as APIM with academic marketing, developing its marketing content, and even helped in marketing and corporate strategies.
